Rico Smith is an experience Architect with a Degree in Architectural Drafting & Design from New England Institute of Technology since 2002. Ever since, he has been involved with designing a broad range of projects from dwelling homes to hotels within the Turks and Caicos Islands. His passion for design is demonstrated in his very unique approach to visualizing a clients dream and making it a reality. He has once served as the Chairman of the Planning Department’s board and is well versed with requirements to ensure a smooth, effective and efficient process for permits. He performs design services on residential, commercial, civil, Villas, Hotel Development and is heavily involved with regularization issues, extensions, rezoning and mutation applications.
