Dominique Durham is a chartered QS who studied Quantity Surveying at the University of Greenwich in London where he graduated with a first-class honor’s degree. He subsequently pursued a Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying with specific focus on Conflict Avoidance and Dispute Resolution at the South Bank University. Dominique has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry locally and abroad working with leading international Main Contractors and Consultancy firms such as Bouygues (U.K) Ltd and CBRE Ltd and most recently various clients in Turks and Caicos including The Ministry of Physical Planning and Infrastructure Development. During his tenure with Turks and Caicos Government, he served in the capacity of Senior Quantity Surveyor, Director of Housing Department where he played an intricate role in implementing the National Housing Policy and establishing the Department of Housing and recently served as the Deputy Permanent Secretary where he assisted with managing the Infrastructure Development Budget.
