Managing Director, Dominique Durham has studied Quantity Surveying at the University of Greenwich in London where he graduated with a first class honours degree. He subsequently pursued a Masters degree in Quantity Surveying with specific focus on Conflict Avoidance and dispute resolution at the South Bank University in which he successfully completed in July 2015.
Dominique has worked in London for over 4 years between 2013 – 2017 employed by leading international Main Contractors and Consultancy firms such as Bouygues (U.K) Ltd and CBRE Ltd where he has gained substantial knowledge and experience on a wide range of projects performing Quantity Surveying services and Project Monitoring roles. These projects were predominantly located within London, but also included overseas Countries such as Malta. They range from £14m – £430m construction cost.
In November 2016, he became the first local Chartered Quantity Surveyor in the Turks and Caicos Islands whereby he is an active member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His genuine passion for the construction industry continues to fuel his eagerness and desire to contribute to shaping the future of the Turks and Caicos Islands construction industry in which he endeavour to achieve through Future Build services.
